......and still, after seven long years, not all fishing licences will be waterproof. My local Club, with only a couple of thousand members, has always issued "waterproof" membership cards.
No wonder there is gross disenchantment with the Ministers ACoRF.

Annual costs could easily be off-set each year by calling for expressions of interest / tenders for advertising on the back of the licence card. Kidding a company like Daiwa, wouldn't like to have their logo promoting their product on such an item.
