ECOfishers, the voice of NSW recreational fishers, will be debating the merits of NSW marine parks with Paul Winn, spokesperson for the extreme green National Parks Association. The interview will occur on Northern Rivers Regional ABC Radio, (94.5 FM) after the 8:30am local news tomorrow morning. Apparently the NPA want a minimum of 20% of the NSW coastline locked-up, in so called sanctuary zones. Now that's an awful lot of our coast, one fifth in fact, locked-up and the key thrown away by these "preservationists."  And what is the reason for this latest extreme green claim? Who knows? So you will all have to tune in and find out and then call the ABC station back for a comment, on 1300 65 999 4. Go on be a devil . Have a go!

Well, who heard it? Did Paul Winn from the extreme green, government funded, (our taxes) National Parks Association, win that one?

Well well.......as anticipated and predicted the "second report," hasn't materialised. The NPA's marine topics are without scientific foundation and have no credibility among marine scientists and fisheries biologists.  So it seems they have finally got the message. They are a joke among the scientific community and represent a handful of Green extremists. Not to be taken seriously by any stretch of the imagination.
