More misinformation from the NO Credibility Council!

           Once again the NCC has attempted to hoodwink both the government and the people of NSW. I quote "The NSW Department of Primary Industry was required to implement fishery closures on all critical habitat areas and key aggregation sites for the Grey Nurse Shark by November 16, and they have failed to do so"said Cate Faehrmann, executive director. Nature Conservation Council of NSW".
           Might I suggest to M's Faehrmann that after making a statement such as the above she reread the Tribunal verdict with both eyes open and make a decision based on fact not radical green policy.
           Another quote " The Nature Conservation Council expects prompt action. The Grey Nurse Shark is at risk of  of extinction and does not have time to wait for further protection" said Cate Faehrmann"
   What a load of rubbish. At the enquiry it was established that the number of grey nurse sharks could be anywhere between 500 and 1500 with one expert suggesting 3000 not the 500 and even lower consistently being quoted by the NCC.
     Also the methods used by Otway to determine the number of grey nurse sharks, and later used by the NCC at the Appeals Tribunal was questioned by our learned gentlemen who questioned their accuracy and scientific application.
     The NCC lost the Appeal to the Appeals Tribunal for such closures. Why don't they except the verdict and restain from pressuring the NSW government with doubtful statements as the ones quoted.
     Then there is the old saying " There are none so blind as those who will not try to see".
      For too long governments have been held at ranson by the Green movement and their radical agenda
 based on unscientific data and myths.

 !) Green Is. 2) Fish Rock & 3) Magic Point, are commercial closures announced by the minister on 16th November. Not only do these green extremists continue to use misinformation and misrepresentation, the bludgers can't even count! No wonder no thinking person takes any notice of them. No credibility at all !

    So it's all quiet on the Green front again. Maybe they have gone on holidays? Since they are government funded with our taxes, I wonder does that include their annual leave?

  Can Minister Garrett read? Evidently not or he would have read the Appeals Tribunal report re grey nurse shark  and laughed- off the NCC demand for more closures to save the same.
