The bureaucratic juggernaut MPA Port Stephens has called for expressions of interest to apply for a permit for anyone who undertakes or proposes to undertake commercial activities in their Govt. Marine Park. This includes ALL operations conducting or assisting in conducting any amusement entertainment performance instruction or activity for money or other consideration and/or the selling hiring or soliciting for sale any article thing or service. When determining whether to grant consent to an application the relevant Minister / delegate must have regard for the principle assessment criteria, the application of the Precautionary principle or any other issue including whether the activity can take place outside the marine park.
How Un-Australian introducing a new tax on recreational activities. What a bunch of parasitical scumbags. Nice one Herr Von Max.
