I witnessed the shellfish raping incident....
I wish I had a hotline number to contact fisheries but being 5.30 pm on Friday afternoon I knew it was useless.
I visit Hastings headland as a ritual twice daily to check the surf and of coarse the bait schools
This shellfish raping incident may occur once a year by one ecologically uneducated family
and doing so we all may suffer a lock out.
The majority are suffering due to minority groups, such as greenies or shellfish takers
Its gotta stop
One families wrong doings cannot lock out a whole community

Smittt.  You can report illegal or suspect fishing activities to the nearest local fisheries office. (Tweed 07 5523 1822.) or use the "Fishers Watch Phoneline," on free call,    1800 043 536. This is a 24 hour reporting service which is constantly checked and monitored.  So when lodging any report, please be prepared to provide the following information.
      1) Type of activity
      2) Time, date and location of activity
      3) Number of people involved, identity if known, and descriptions.
      4) Your own name and contact details to further substantiate your report and provide you with follow up information.
ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED WILL BE TREATED AND REMAIN, ABSOLUTELY CONFIDENTIAL.
All, it is not to late to report now. What a shame it would be to have the last remaining rock platform put off-limits to everyone, because of the actions of a greedy, law-breaking few!  And that is what looks like happening.  Angelfish.

Brambleby, who calls himself a marine biologist, (and we don't know that he is!) displays two sea-urchin shells in the photo above. Both are still intact, though empty. If these are samples of what the "looters" left behind wouldn't the sea urchin shells be broken? Either that or removed entirely so that Brambleby then couldn't retrieve them. There's something smelly and fishy about this guy. His extravagant claims just don't add up!     Angelfish.

Latest edition of Tweed Sun [Thursday 18th Jan 07] confirms that the ALP minister Kelly has given Ted Brambleby lease over reserve land on the Cudgera creek with a purpose built taxpayer funded marine centre, but the details of the lease are yet to be sorted out. The article states that "some people are unhappy Crown land was to be used for a private facility, but the Minister (Kelly) spokesperson said the environment centre was a not for profit organisation that offered benifits to the wider community"....the article then makes reference to the education and tourism revenue they expect to generate.  With the Tweed Shire Council administered by the State Labor this looks suspiciousluy like revenue raising for the Sydney-Centric ALP and promotion to obtain more warm fussy "Vote for the Greens cause only we can save you" election propaganda alliances.
But with the details of the lease yet to be "sorted" it fails to notify the public that the NSW Lands Dept is required to identify if any Aboriginal claims are on the area before any lands transfer can be effected....But with the Aboriginal Lands Council also being administrated by State Labor, and that administrator [Murray Chapman] also strategically placed on one of the NSW Lands Dept Boards,  it looks like fate accomplee for Hastings Point to be locked up and prostituted for the paying audience only, with us locals locked out for good.

The NSW Geographical Name board has been collecting data off the Tweed Shire Councils aboriginal Advisory committee to "clarify' the NSW Lands Dept's metadata-base.  This metadata-base is the NSW Lands Gazette listings.  in relation to the Hastings Point lands transfers this metadata-base is utilised to "clarify" the availability of public lands.  After doing a search of the NSW Lands Gazettes some very interesting insertions regarding Cudera Creek emerged.....the Geographical names Board had assigned this area on the 23rd may 2003...the creek itself runs from Burringbah parish down into Pottsville parish and the numbered listings of the Gazette are as follows
Cudgera Creek listing #19745 parish of Burringbah -
Cudgera Creek; GNB3810 listed 23rd May 2003 as listing #19746 parish of Pottsville -
Cudgera Creek; GNB3810 listed 23rd of May 2003 as listing #19747 parish of pottsville as being Bundjalung-Yugambeh - and finally Cudgera Headland  19748

Whats a bet that listing #19747 covers the region of the newly appointed marine Museum and was signed off by individuals who claim to be the Bundjalung and or Yugambeh.......and considering this information was fed into the lands gazette metadata-base by the Tweed Aboriginal Advisory Commitee made up of the TBLALC hierarchy and the Tweed Gold Coast Native Title claimants as well as few members of the Tweed Historical Society {who are also getting purpose built museum to promote this @#$% in} appear to not mind being the instruments who fullfil the designs of the Tweeds ALP appointed state administrators?

That this biased  inserted information regarding Hastings Point was assigned by the NSW Geographical Names Board which coincidently has the ALP appointed administrator of the Aboriginal lands Council on it's GN Board....it's a safe bet to say that the whole system is totally rigged....and understanding that this is how the lands and water data is being manipulated to facilitate the gazettal process of the marine environments is a very big key to calling the ALP to account for it's actions

Any ethical anthropologist or Aboriginal linguist can Tell you that Yugambeh is from QLD and Bundjalung is from the South Coast...In fact an entire Aboriginal institute in Canberra can verify that the ancestral material makes no mention of these contemporary titles in relation to this region.  it's obvious that the concept of Bundjalung nation is an ALP design that imports outsiders in to take over the coveted regions we know and love expressly to rubberstamp the administration requirements of the ALP's business....the well- lunched club....using Apartheid administration to dupe all Aussies from enjoying our cultural heritage. Fishing and camping and beach life in the great outdoors.

That the ALP abused their powers {and ancestral culture and heritage of the real local tribes - the Ngarakwal} to rezone areas from community to commercial use, thereby assisting potential developers is bad enough, but the ALP appear to be actively working on behalf of developers by amending planning processes to effectively exclude the very people the process purports to include, and instead constructing an alternative administrative route via the Aboriginal Councils.
In any language that is FRAUD.
A Royal Commission into the ALP and it's 12 years of stealthy legislative development, followed by the exodus of it State Premier to  become an executive working for McBank.....the same McBank who have signed MOU agreements with the Indigenous Lands fund, that assist Aboriginal lands Councils to claim and sell the last remaining public lands using metadata loaded into the system for that very purpose ..... AND USE TAXPAYER FUNDS TO DO SO.....demands an explaination and a couple of timley sackings....if were lucky it might even produce some very good crab pot burley too.

The Ngarakwal Nganduwal met with Shadow Attourney General Chris Hartcher, showed him the fraudulent lands gazette data and how the Bundjalung were using Tweed Shire Council to change the lands gazette attributions....so the State Administrated Tweed Shire Coucnil could use the Crown Lands Act and the new Aboriginal Lands Rights Acts to work in unison to launder the crown lands from under the public......
The Ngarakwal Nganduwal have sourced all the anthropological material held in the Aboriginal institues and can prove that NO Bundjalung or Yugambeh nation was ever  in existance in this region...Its all Labour crap so thye can work with their Stae Administrated Aboriginal Lands Council....

Yes....the Tweed Shire Counil and the Aboriginal Counil are both administrated by the ALP.
Solution.....Injunctions on Debus and Kelly for the abuse and butchering of ancestral history and heritage to create a dynamic that allows for the laundering of the crown propeties......the Ngarakwal challenge these Ministers to produce proof of the anthropological association of bundjalung or Yugambehy to the Tweed areas.
Which is impossible for them to do beacuse it does not exist...and the onus is also on the media to produce proof of all the Bundjalung crap they publish in their papers.....also impossible
Bundjalung Nation is just another ALP/Green lie...more propaganda

And what did Chris Hartcher think about that.....He thought it was agreat idea....

FISHERS & BROWSERS:  Is it any wonder then that one million NSW recreational fishers don't TRUST Labor or the Greens?
