Sounds like a great initiative ACT Angler. I'm sure it will be a "lively," show. Must impress upon the politicians and the attendees, the shonky science and rubbery data, that NSW Labor is using to drive these government marine parks.    Tarki.

Not my initiative Tarki.? This meeting had been promised to the residents of Canberra months ago.? It is astounding that it took them so long to organise it and totally incomprehensible that residents will only be give 3 days notice to attend (it will be advertised in tomorrow's Canberra Times apparently).

I have expressed my concerns that it is totally unacceptible for such short notice, but it fell on deaf ears.? It clashes with at least 2 local fishing club meetings that I know of.? If there is a poor turnout, you can bet the headlines will be "Canbeera anglers don't care".? I am doing my best to let people know, but I am pushing shit uphill.? It's not even enough notice to do a mailout.

I am still fuming at the mismanagement of it all!!!
