There was a very informative program on SBS tonight about the benefits of omega3 fatty acids in the diet which showed that eating fish lowered the incidence of heart disease, improved brain function, that children showed better learning ability in school, that countries with high levels of fish in their diet showed higher longevity and lower levels of depression in their communities, also those countries had lower homicide rates, (that may be attributed to the lower depression rates) it also had a case study which showed that a man suffering from extreme depression who could not be helped by any other medication was actaully totally cured of his depression and his brain actually increased in size after 9 months of omega3 treatment. This could explain the absolute stupidity of greenies, they live on mungbeans and lentils and their brains are so small that they do not have any reasoning capacity in there at all. I know a lady vegan who imposes her ideals on her children, her children are absolute runts, they are 2-3 years behind their peers in physical development, I pity them that they are forced against their will to conform to an unhealthy way of life, however they will probably get to age and tell their overbearing, radically inclined mother to grow a brain, and if she listens to them all she has to do to grow a brain is eat fish.
