trying to persuade a friend that the MPs are bad news - so would like to get a hold of some of the scientific reports that are for and against (to be balanced). Also to satisfy myself by having a look at the reports.

Anyone know where i can find them or would like to email/forward copies on to me?

cheers

bung,

I've got a few docs that I'll email to you - from both sides and even in-between. PM me, or better yet, email me at aag@spunge.org and I'll email them to you.

We will be posting information of this kind on our web site when it is functioning shortly.
In the meantime go to http://www.onlineopinion.com.au/view.asp?article=3396 and see what Walter Starck has to say about this in regard to the Barrier Reef marine park. Dr Starck is a founding father of marine research and is very highly regarded.

Stay tuned to this site for a wholly scientific report titled "SANCTUARIES, SENSE and SCIENCE." It is rivetting stuff, written in laymans language and dispells the myths about marine (political) parks. It includes work done by the CSIRO and leading marine scientists from around the world. It is compulsory reading for all marine conservationists and particularly extreme Greens.
