Where can I find the scientific reports for/against MPs?

trying to persuade a friend that the MPs are bad news - so would like to get a hold of some of the scientific reports that are for and against (to be balanced). Also to satisfy myself by having a look at the reports.

Anyone know where i can find them or would like to email/forward copies on to me?

It is rivetting stuff, written in laymans language and dispells the myths about marine (political) parks. It includes work done by the CSIRO and leading marine scientists from around the world. It is compulsory reading for all marine conservationists and particularly extreme Greens.
