Yes. It is a "leadership award." NSW leading recreational fishing organization, nominated for a leadership award, makes sense doesn't it? And nominated by our colleagues too!

Yes again. The nomination is for, "contributions to the community." Sounds exciting doesn't it? It is satisfying to be recognised and acknowledged for the wealth of hard work, ECOfishers contributes to the state of NSW.

At this stage, it is only a nomination. There is a lot of worthy and stiff opposition out there who have also been advised and nominated. So it is very much a wait and see process at this stage. Meanwhile ECOfishers contributions to the fishing communities continues unabated.
ECOfishers just don't understand why NSW recreational fishers sit idly by and let the extreme green anti-fishing minority determine our fishing future? It is our sport and our pastime and they don't even partake. In fact, if they had their way, fishing as we know it would be banned! Why do recreational fishers sit idly by and do nothing?

Yes, yes, yes. ECOfishers is the only representative recreational fishing organization, from NSW, nominated for this industry award. Great news isn't it!
