The greens reply to the mentioned questions more restriction and closures. The Shooters party well maybe they have changed attitude but I can't help remembering they backed Labor to create the marine park legislation using it to gain consessions for thier shooter members. Has this leopard changed spots. Afterall we do have our own Fishing Party to embrace

Greetings Spiney .. the Greens policy has changed with its 'latest' version .. they no longer mention the 30% 'close-out' ... trust the Greens ... HaHaHahaHaHa As to the Shooters supporting the Marine Park legislation. I thought this had been put to bed some time ago? In 1997 when the legislation was introduced AND passed it was passed by BOTH Houses of NSW Parliament with NO amendments. The Liberals and National Party supported it as well. The problem came with the zoning ie. The regulations. If you read the 1997 Act you can see that there is NO mention of the requirement for ANY closures. This is quite easy to check by looking up Hansard This gained some currency a few years ago, has boiled along and is now becoming lore. The last thing we need is a split amongst the KEEN outdoor users.

Perhaps our Dr Phil may choose to re-read the greenies response to question 2! As for ever trusting a greenie, you would be much safer swimming with a family of hungry Great Whites. Greenies make all sorts of wild promises, especially around election time. But they can never deliver! They are a minor party - and let's keep them that way. If they ever want anyting done they must crawl and grovel to the government of the day. That's how we all got saddled with their marine parks, because they got into bed with Labor. (Preference deals) Any chance of them doing deals with the Coalition? Barry O'Farrell has said repeatedly, he won't ever be doing deals with the devil or the greenies! And if we all vote the right way tomorrow, no one will ever have to!

Even the green leaning ABC, is predicting Labor to only win 19 of the 93 Lower House seats. (Legislative Assembly) And this prediction is on election morning.! Why is the Shooters Party being linked with Pauline Hanson? I fail to see any connection.

"LIGHTS OUT FOR LABOR," says Rod.
"Greens decimated," says Antony Green.
Electorate dumps Greens - 10.1% of vote !
And the greenies haven't won a seat in the Lower House, despite their cocky predictions of 3.
Coalition has balance of power in Upper House with Fred Nile (CDP) and Co.

Pauline Hanson is a big chance of taking a seat from the greenies in the Upper House, according to Antony Green. Now that's a very stark message the community has sent to the greens. The community is sick and tired of the greenie misinformation and stunts. But do you think the greenies will get the message? Not very likely. They live in a different world from the mainstream community.

Paulines recycling stresses the opposition of basic Australians to the "unaustralian" practices practised and preeched by the Greens and "do gooders"

..... and for those of you who have enquired about a "kingbird," from my ornothological days, I seem to recall it is a showy American bird of the fly-catcher family! Seemed apt at the time. Understand now?

Premier O'Farrell announces he won't be pandering to the Shooters. Why would he? He doesn't have to! He has a majority in the Upper House in his own right with the CDP! ANd NO, emphatically NO, ECOfishers is not, never has been, and will not be, aligned with the Shooters Party! Some people seem to be confusing ECOfishers with a city based group, that are/were, part of Labor's cheer squad. Trouble is they couldn't get skirts to fit some of them!

PAULINE HANSON likely to snatch Upper House seat from the Greenies, says Antony Green! The NSW electorate certainly has got the message. When will the greenies wake up? The succinct message from voters is, Pauline Hanson is preferred to the greenies! Sadly, for the greenies, they just don't get it! We do!
