In accordance with Fair Trading Model Rules for incorporated associations this form must be delivered (posted) to the secretary of the association at least seven (7) days before the date fixed for the holding of the annual general meeting at which the election is to take place and signed by all persons involved.

Notices of motions must be received in writing by the Secretary 21 days prior to the AGM.
