SURPRISE! It only takes one house of the NSW Parliament to invoke a new Regulation. However, it takes the assent of both houses (Upper & Lower) to change any Regulation! How sneaky is that?

well I copped a flogging from the new marine park changes

I live at Corindi on the upper reaches of Red Rock River where I crab by launching a small tinny down the back

I launch my deep sea boat at Arrawarra and fish to the North around Station Creek out to North Solitary Island

what is the go with the new aboriginal zones? I don't remember seeing anything about them in the consultation period

and how do they pat themselves on the back saying they listened to the fishers and straitened the boundary lines when they took the straight lines where I fish and made great big curves everywhere?

I am just gob smacked  Shocked  Cry  Angry
