ECOfishers is neither going to confirm nor deny the meeting has been arranged or even taken place - yet. We are waiting to see what chinese whispers, the little birds tell the rumour monger. What we can tell you, is that Labor's Premier Rees was in Coffs Harbour, this morning to see some of the north coast "spivs." And Federal Minister Tony Burke, arrived a little later and ECOfishers was able to catch up with him, there too. Interesting times. Interesting challenges. Lots of wet miles.

Funny thing that. We haven't heard any Chinese whispers, or tweets from the little birds.

We are now in a position to confirm our denial. There never was a meeting planned or proposed by the Chinese government with ECOfishers. It is a bit like what the" little birds," told a previous poster, about a supposed meeting with the Shooters Party. I suppose we will always have rumour mongers fantasising on our site. one way of drawing attention to themselves!

And who thought the Chinese government wanted to buy our marine parks? Why not? They are attempting to buy up everything else!
