The Herald Sun is running a poll about wether hunting is either cruel or not. They have poorly worded the poll in my opinion but it is still either for or against hunting. Interestingly the poll is going 91% in favor of hunting and the animal libbers are very upset and looking for reasons why. I found the folowing theory on a vegan animal libber site.

Quote
I think people here are forgetting that fishing is a form of hunting and it has the highest participation rate of hunters in this country.
I think that fisher people who once thought they weren't included in the moves to ban hunting are now becoming aware they are next in line. The poll result doesn't surprise me at all.

If anyone is interest to vote the link is.

Heralds poll states "Should children be encouraged to kill animals" is a little ambiguous - if the author had any credibility it would be something like " should children be taught to be responsible hunters"
The result of the poll (93% for) would indicate that the worm is finally turning in respect to public attitudes towards mindless preservationist attitudes held by extreme green groups.
It would seem that being green is no longer trendy.

It sure is in Balmain, Kingpro. Just ask Verity Firth! (Labor's Minister for Education) She only got into parliament on the back of 30% green votes. And Labor made her a minister straight away, as a reward for green preferences!
