Is the author Todd Connaughton a reporter for "The Macleay Argus", a Fairfax regional paper??

Since when has fact been "scaremongering"? One only has to read the reports on the Byron Marine Park and Bateman Bay Marine park to ascertain the effects of marine parks on these two communities, both socially and economically. Recreation fishers deserve better treatment and the "Lock-in, lockout "policies of the NPA does nothing for the environment.
