The Marine park plan is not properly assessed

What a success's story the ECOfishers protest rally at South West Rocks. More than 500 attended in what proved to be standing room only attendance, expressing their opinion of NSW Marine parks and their future.
Attended by politicians and local government dignitary the unrest of the usually placid recreational fishers came to the fore. It is quite evident that Marine Park Sanctuary Zones will not be accepted by your average citizen without scientific evidence for their need. As yet this is not forth coming. Television and paper articles sought by media representatives made this rally a truely public presentation.
There is further evidence that ECOfishers representatives are planning further rallies at Evans Head and Laurienton.
